Vital Signs
30 silk screen prints on aluminum, each 41 x 58 cm; edition of 50

Each print within the Vital Signs series resembles a road sign containing a pictogram with associated text. The signs provide ironic observations on contemporary values, including apathy towards others, obsession with trivialization, egoism, and conspicuous consumption. Text within the signs include “Blame others for causing your greatest mistakes,” “Adorn yourself with gold and walk among the poor,” and “Exchange your greatest desires for products and services.
